How do I cancel an order on Mini Apparels?

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at info@miniapparels.com with your order number.

Please note that cancellation could only be done for the orders that are not dispatched from the warehouse. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and would be subjected to a return/ replacement policy. 

 Our Return Policy:

Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 30 days.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Sale items, personalized products, and undergarments are non-returnable.

 

Shipping Costs:

• Customers pay return shipping fees.
• Use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
